We are governed by the State of Colorado and abide by all of their regulations as well. Here at Zip Adventures, we are proud to always meet or exceed the safety standards of the challenge course industry in terms of design, construction and operations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for groups less than 6 to avoid credit card charges.Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more to avoid credit card charges.We occasionally have to postpone or cancel tours due to thunderstorms or weather delays, and will do our best to be accommodating as we attempt to reschedule cancelled tours.Once the tour has begun the cost is non-refundable.Need to change or cancel your reservation?Avaliable 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
